furnished 500 square foot condo with a full kitchen and bath,
that can sleep two to four people.
The
two bedroom unit is a furnished, two story (with winding staircase),
1000 square foot condo
with a full kitchen and two full baths,
that can sleep four to six people.

Check
In/Out Procedures
Check in time is 4:00 p.m.
Check out time is 11:00 noon
Office Hours: Monday - Saturday 9:00 to 5:00, Sunday 10:00 - 4:00.

the summer boat slips must be reserved in advance at $25.00 per day.

Cancellation
Policy: |
Daily reservations must be cancelled or
changed 7 days prior to arrival, or you will
be charged for entire rental |
Weekly reservations must be cancelled or
changed 14 days prior to arrival, or you will
be charged for entire rental |
Monthly reservations must be
cancelled or changed 60 days prior to arrival,
or you will be
charged for one month |
No
specific condominium is guaranteed.
